What's Open, Closed On Presidents Day 2018 In Manassas Area
Many services in the area will take a long weekend to celebrate Presidents Day.

MANASSAS, VA — As Americans commemorate Washington and Lincoln's birthdays for Presidents Day, a number of services in the area will be closed for the federal holiday on Monday, Feb. 19. All federal government offices will close on Presidents Day, as well as all post offices. Most banks will be closed.
Here's a full rundown of what's open and closed for the holiday:
- Manassas, Manassas Park and Prince William County Offices: Closed Monday, Feb. 19
- Manassas, Manassas Park and Prince William County Public Schools: Closed Monday, Feb. 19
- State Offices: Commonwealth of Virginia offices will be closed Monday, Feb. 19, including the Prince William Circuit and General District Courts.
- Virginia Railway Express (VRE): No service on Monday, Feb. 19
- Prince William Public Library: All branches closed
- Prince William County Animal Shelter: Closed on Monday, Feb. 19
- Manassas Trash Collection: No changes in the trash and recycling collection schedule.
