What's Open, What's Closed In Prince William On MLK Jr. Day 2020
Some government services will be closed for the federal holiday commemorating Martin Luther King Jr.

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA — Prince William County recognizes Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday, Jan. 20, and various government services will have schedule changes. King's birthday is Jan. 15, but the federal holiday honoring the civil rights leader falls on a Monday in January.
We've rounded up schedule changes affecting Prince William County for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The county has not announced closings for the state Lee-Jackson Day on Friday, Jan. 17, but the holiday impacts state government services.
Prince William County government offices: Closed Jan. 20.

Manassas City government offices: Closed Jan. 20.
State courts: Circuit Court, General District Court and Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court are closed Jan. 17 and 20.

Prince William County Public Schools: Closed Jan. 20.
Prince William County Public Library: All county libraries are closed Jan. 20.
Post offices: Closed Jan. 20.
OmniRide: OmniRide Express buses do not operate on Jan. 20, but all other OmniRide buses (including OmniRide Metro Express, OmniRide Local and OmniRide East-West Express) will operate on regular service.
VRE: Closed Jan. 20.
Parking: Parking restrictions in downtown Manassas will be enforced Jan. 1. Although there is no charge for street parking in downtown Manassas, all public parking is in timed areas.
City of Manassas trash & recycling: There is no change to the city of Manassas's trash collection on Jan. 20.
