Child Porn Found On Phone Being Serviced In Woodbridge: Police
A man having his cell phone serviced was arrested after child porn was found on the device, according to Prince William County Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man having his cell phone serviced was arrested Saturday, June 20, after child porn was found on the device, according to Prince William County Police. Jose Luis Meza Torres, 46, was charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography.
Shortly before 12:45 p.m., police responded to the Sprint store at 2920 Prince William Parkway for a possible child pornography report. An employee had been working on a cell phone belonging to Torres and came across what appeared to be child porn. The employee notified the store manager, who immediately contacted police. On Tuesday, July 23, police obtained nine more arrest warrants.
