Dean Kilby Elementary School has been selected as one of the 204 elementary schools chosen for BJ's Wholesale Club 2013-2014 Adopt-a-School Program.
The school will receive $500 to use for field trips, new equipment, curriculum improvements, or special events. It will also receive a one-year BJ's membership.
“Supporting educational programs is an important focus area for BJ’s Wholesale Club’s charitable giving,” said Jessica Newman, assistant vice president of community affairs at BJ's Wholesale Club. “Our hope is that the schools use this business-to-school partnership to help provide students with opportunities they may not otherwise have.”
