<p>Investigators from Prince William County's Crash Investigation Unit responded to a single-vehicle crash Saturday at 9:53 a.m. in the Springwoods Drive and Old Bridge Road area. </p><p>The driver of a 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser was traveling southbound on Springwoods Drive approaching Old Bridge Road. The driver is believed to have suffered a medical emergency that caused the vehicle to leave the roadway and cross into the median. The vehicle continued until it struck a tree and rolled onto its roof.</p><p>The driver, later identified as Helen C. Caporaletti, 87, of Woodbridge, was pronounced dead at the scene. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
