Four Suspects Sought in Armed Robbery at Potomac Heights Pl. in Woodbridge

Prince William County Police are seeking four male suspects in connection with an armed robbery in Woodbridge that police believe is not random.

Police responded to a report of a burglary in progress at the 14700 block of Potomac Heights Place in Woodbridge.

An apartment resident told police he and a female acquaintance arrived at his residence and discovered four males inside the apartment. The men were armed with handguns and demanded money from the occupants. At one point, the male resident physically engaged the suspects before fleeing the apartment. Two of the suspects ran after the male while the other two remained with the female acquaintance inside the apartment.

The suspects took a cellphone, household items and money before fleeing the scene. No injuries were reported. One gunshot that could be possibly related to the incident was reported in the parking lot area. An investigation is ongoing. The incident is not believed to be random.
