Illuminated Tour Of Semper Fidelis Memorial Park Planned Friday

Hosted by the National Museum of the Marine Corps, the event will be held from 5-8 p.m. in Triangle.

TRIANGLE, VA — The National Museum of the Marine Corps will hold its annual illuminated tour of Semper Fidelis Memorial Park from 5-8 p.m. Friday. The Memorial Park path will be lit with luminarias to guide visitors and spotlights will illuminate monuments dedicated to Marine Corps history.

Museum docents will be on site to answer questions about the history and significance of park monuments during the self-guided tour. In the event of inclement weather, the tour will be cancelled.

Admission to the museum and parking is always free. The museum is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day except Christmas.
