Long & Foster Accepting Entries For Woodbridge Art Exhibition

Long & Foster will be holding its 2nd annual art exhibition for high school students at its Woodbridge office in May.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Long & Foster Real Estate is holding its 2nd annual For the Love of Imagination Art Exhibition at its Woodbridge office in May. High schools students interested in getting their art put on display must submit an entry form, with a photograph of their artwork, by April 3.

The exhibition is open to high school artists. All work must be original in design and concept and created by the artist participating in the exhibition. The exhibition is looking for works of art done in pastels, charcoal and graphite, oils, acrylics, 3D, and mixed media. Students will be notified by email by April 17 if their artwork is selected to be displayed in the exhibition.

The art will be on display in the Long & Foster office at 13875 Hedgewood Drive in Woodbridge from May 6-26. A reception and awards ceremony will be held May 14 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will be open to the public.

A total of $1,300 in cash awards will be presented to the top artists. An award of $500 also will be given to the art teacher who has the most students submit artwork to be displayed in the exhibition.
