Man Accused Of Striking Woman, Driving Over Her Foot: Police
A man from Woodbridge is wanted by police after he was accused of choking a woman, hitting her, and running over her foot with a car.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man from Woodbridge is wanted by police after he was accused of choking a woman, hitting her, and driving over her foot with a car during two incidents in March and April. Authorities have not been able to locate the man, who they identified as Brian Javier Moreno-Ascencio.
On Tuesday, April 27, Prince William County police officers responded to the 13100 block of Armstead Drive in Woodbridge to investigate a domestic incident. A 19-year-old woman told police that she was arguing with an acquaintance when the dispute escalated.
The woman told police that the acquaintance shoved her before driving away. As he was driving away, authorities claim that the man drove over the woman's foot. The victim reported minor injuries, according to the police department.

During an investigation, the victim also reported an incident that occurred in March that occurred at the suspect's home in the 14300 block of Belleville Avenue in Woodbridge. In a report, the police department claimed that the suspect hit the victim and grabbed her throat before family members were able to intervene.
After their investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for Moreno-Ascencio. He is charged with one count of strangulation and two counts of domestic assault. Initial attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful.

Authorities described Moreno-Ascencio as a 19-year-old white man. He is five feet, eight inches tall, and weighs approximately 200 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
