Man Robbed, Assaulted In Woodbridge IKEA Parking Garage: Police
Two suspects are accused of assaulting a man, taking his property, and attempting to steal his car at the IKEA parking garage on Thursday.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man was robbed in the parking garage of the Woodbridge IKEA on Thursday afternoon. The suspects took his belongings and attempted to steal his car before fleeing the area in a black SUV.
Around 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, officers responded to the IKEA near Potomac Mills for a report of a robbery, according to a police report. A 23-year-old man told officers that he was loading items into his car when he was approached by two unknown men.
The victim told police that that the men grabbed him and struck him. The suspects then attempted to drive away in the victim's vehicle, but they were unable to start it, authorities said.

The suspects then fled the area in a dark colored Ford SUV, according to police. The victim received help from other IKEA customers in the area, who helped him contact authorities. No injuries were reported.
The suspects are described as two Black men with thin builds and dark complexion. Both men were about six feet tall and weighed approximately 150 pounds, according to the police report.
