Construction on the Prince William Parkway expansion project may be to blame for the gas leak.

Traffic that would have otherwise been traveling on the Prince William Parkway artery was directed to funnel through Asdee Lane and through Greatbridge Road, in the River Falls development. Traffic looped behind the County Complex and spilled out to the Prince William Parkway.

At 10:20 a.m., traffic has returned to normal.
