Two Men Shot In Parked Car In Montclair Shopping Center: Police
A 19-year-old man and a 20-year-old man were injured after they were shot on Friday evening at Lake Montclair Center, authorities said.

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA — Two men were injured in a shooting at the Lake Montclair Center on Friday evening, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Authorities have not identified a suspect and are looking to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident.
Officers responded to the Lake Montclair Center around 9:30 p.m. on Friday, May 21. There, they began to search for the victims in a reported shooting, police said.
They located a vehicle near Waterway Drive and Golf Club Drive, with two men suffering from gunshot wounds, according to a police report. The officers began administering first aid to the victims until rescue personnel arrived.

The two men were taken to a nearby hospital for further treatment. Their injuries were not considered life-threatening, police said.
Authorities said that the two men were parked in the parking lot of the Lake Montclair Shopping Center when they were struck by gunfire. They fled the area in their vehicle before stopping and notifying police, according to the police report.

A police K-9 and a helicopter from the Fairfax County Police Department responded to the area in an attempt to locate potential suspects. No suspects were identified or located, police said.
Detectives with the Violent Crime Bureau are now investigating the shooting and hope to learn more about the circumstances that led to the shooting.
