WOODBRIDGE, VA — Water’s End Brewery is hosting a grand opening celebration Saturday, Oct. 10 from noon to 10 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 11 from noon to 8 p.m. for its second location near Potomac Mills mall.

The second taproom will be located at 14397 Potomac Mills Road, near Opitz Blvd. and Potomac Mills Rd. in Woodbridge. The brewery's first location is at 12425 Dillingham Square in Lake Ridge.

To kick off the grand opening of the second taproom, there will be a triple can release at both locations featuring three different styles of beers in six-packs, an option not previously available from Water’s End. The Grand Opening Series six-pack release will feature Strawberry Blonde, Mosaic IPA and Belgian Chocolate Stout.

Water’s End flagship beers like “Damn Beer” and “Don’t Haze Me, Bro!” are available as to-go options.

Water’s End's second location will have multiple taprooms. Customers can get the same taplist at both locations seven days a week. Along with the new offering of six-packs, growler fills, 22-ounce bottles and 32-ounce Crowlers — a can filled from the tap and sealed using a bar-top can seamer — will be available for to-go purchases.

Founded in 2016, Water’s End is known for its Water’s End Beer Club. W.E. Beer Club Members will have exclusive access to the new taproom and six-packs before the taproom’s grand opening to the public on Saturday.

During the coronavirus crisis, Water's End has been offering beer-to-go with a drive-thru service at its Lake Ridge location. Along with limited indoor capacity, the brewery has outdoor seating seven days a week during certain hours.
