What's Open, Closed In Prince William Christmas Weekend 2020
Wondering what's open and closed and when your trash will be picked up with Christmas falling on a Friday this year?
PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, MD — Local, county and state government offices, along with numerous services, will not be available Christmas. All Prince William County government buildings are closed Dec. 24 and Dec. 25.
All Prince William County courts and court offices will close at 12 p.m. Dec. 24 and remain closed Dec. 25. Circuit Court, General District Court and Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court will be closed Dec. 25.
Prince William Public Library locations will be closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Dec. 26.

The landfill and Balls Ford Road Compost Facility will close at 2 p.m. Christmas Eve and remain closed Friday for the Christmas holiday. Normal operation will resume in both locations Saturday.
