Woodbridge Jeweler Awarded Gemologist Appraiser Title

Woodbridge's own Jewelry By Design is celebrating the certification of one of its jewelers. Elroy Sell has been awarded the Certified Gemologist Appraiser title from the American Gem Society, an association of professional jewelers in the United States and Canada. 

In order to achieve this title, Sell had to build upon his certified gemologist title by passing a two-part exam, including theory questions and practical assignments based on performing a number of accurate, thoroughly detailed complete appraisals on a variety of jewelry items.

The Certified Gemologist Appraiser accreditation is the highest level of achievement in the jewelry industry.  Currently, approximately 400 AGS jewelers in North America have earned this prestigious professional title.
