Woodbridge Man Charged In Connection With Shooting, Robbery: Cops

A 19-year-old man from Woodbridge was charged in connection with a shooting on Forestdale Avenue and a robbery in Dumfries, police said.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Naseem, Isaiah Roulack, a 19-year-old man from Woodbridge, was charged in connection with an armed robbery that occurred in Dumfries and a shooting that was reported in Dale City, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Another suspect in the robbery is still at large.

Authorities claimed that Roulack was in a vehicle with an acquaintance on May 7 when a round was fired from a gun. The acquaintance was shot and fell to the ground outside of the vehicle while Roulack drove away, police said.

The victim suffered life-threatening injuries and was flown to a hospital, according to the police department. Authorities did not provide an update on the victim's health.

While investigating the shooting, detectives also determined that Roulack matched the description of a suspect from May 5.

Authorities claimed that a 17-year-old boy and two friends planned to sell jewelry when they were approached by Roulack and another man, Shanti Felton. Detectives said that Roulack and Felton had guns and took jewelry and clothes from the victims.

According to the police report, one of the suspects hit a victim with a gun before fleeing the area. The victim reported "significant injuries," police said.

On May 18, Roulack was arrested and charged with one count of robbery, two counts of using a firearm in commission of a felony, two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and one count of aggravated malicious wounding. His court date is scheduled for July 26.

Authorities have been unable to locate Felton. He is charged with robbery, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and malicious wounding.

Police described Felton as a Black male, five feet eight inches tall, and weighing about 120 pounds. He has long black hair, brown eyes, and a mustache.
