Woodbridge Medical Worker Charged With Sexual Battery

Police say he assaulted a Dumfries woman Monday at a Woodbridge medical clinic.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Prince William County police on Thursday arrested a worker at a Woodbridge medical clinic who is accused of "inappropriately" touching a woman, according to a police report. Zakayo Kabuga, 53, of Bryans Road, Md., is being held without bond on a charge of sexual battery at the Prince William-Manassas regional jail.

The police allege that Kabuga committed a sexual assault Monday morning at Carient Heart & Vascular at 14904 Jefferson Davis Highway (Route 1) in Woodbridge.

They said he inappropriately touched a patient, a 43-year-old woman from Dunmfries, during a medical procedure.

Kabuga is scheduled to appear in court on April 4.
