Woodbridge Middle School Student Supply List and Important Dates

Woodbridge Middle School, the 'Home of the Seminoles,' has released a student supply list for the 2010-2011 school year for grades six through eight.

In preparation for the school year, there will be a Seminole Camp for rising sixth graders Sept. 2 at 12 noon.

Students should bring all supplies the first week of school and some supplies will be left in the classroom.

Returning seventh and eighth graders are invited to a 2010-2011 school year orientation also on Sept. 2 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Also on Sept. 2 is a new student orientation at 7 p.m.

Back-to-school night will be Sept. 16 at 7 p.m.

Supplies required for all grades:

• #2 pencils
• Glue sticks
• Composition book
• Basic four-function calculator
• Highlighters
• Blue, black and red pens
• Box of tissues or baby wipes for homeroom teachers
• Spiral notebooks 
• Colored pencils or markers 
• Dry erase markers

6th Grade:

• Pocket folders
• Colored pencils
• Small scissors with a blunt tip
• Several small one inch three-ring binders
• Marbled composition notebook
• Colored dividers for binders

7th Grade:

• Four one inch binders
• Five subject notebook
• Plastic page protectors
• Folder with pockets
• Index cards
• Roll of paper towels
• Plastic folder with brads

8th Grade:

• Five notebooks (one three-subject for science, one two-subject for social studies, three regular notebooks)
• Package of note cards (100)
• Package of Scotch tape for science
• 12 pencils
• 25 page protectors
• Roll of paper towels
