Bellevue's traditional Fourth of July celebrations are canceled this year, due to coronavirus precautions. Here's what you need to know.

BELLEVUE, WA – Fourth of July events across the country will not look the same this year thanks to the coronavirus. Many cities and towns around Puget Sound have been forced to cancel the annual celebrations, including Bellevue.

Bellevue's traditional festivities, including the downtown fireworks show, will not take place this year. Organizers cited the state's ongoing coronavirus response, which maintains limits on public gatherings beyond the holiday weekend.
