Bellevue Creates New Map Showing Major City Projects
With so many projects in the downtown and Bel-Red areas, Bellevue has created a new tool to help residents keep track.

BELLEVUE, WA — There are literally dozens of construction projects in various stages in the downtown and Bel-Red areas, and so it can be a little hard to keep track of what's going on.
This week, the city of Bellevue launched a new tool called "Building Bellevue," which is an easy-to-use map that shows every project between Downtown Park and 148th Avenue Northeast.
In the map, each project is marked by a big blue dot. When you click on it, you get details like what stage the project is in, and renderings of what it will look like once complete.

"The map complements the city’s Major Projects List, a quarterly print publication used by real estate and business professionals, property developers and residents. Blue dots mark projects on the new map. When users click on them, they can find out details about the project, including the name, address, proposed square footage and, number of dwelling units and square footage for retail as applicable," Bellevue officials said in a press release.
