Crossroads Restaurant Shut Down Over Health Violations: County
The restaurant was closed by King County on Thursday afternoon for six health code violations.
BELLEVUE, WA - A King County health inspector closed down an Indian restaurant in the Crossroads area Thursday afternoon. Big Bawarchi, located at 1411 156th Ave., was closed for at least six violations.
According to King County, an inspector found the following violations.
- No person in charge available
- Improper handwashing
- Inadequate handwashing facilities
- Improper hot holding temperatures of potentially hazardous foods (PHF)
- Improper cold holding temperatures of PHF
- Room temperature storage of PHF
Big Bawarchi will reopen once those violations are corrected.
