Free Ice Cream At Puget Sound Ben And Jerry's Today

BELLEVUE, WA — It might not be warm or even sunny today in Puget Sound, but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy a little ice cream.

All Puget Sound Ben & Jerry's shops will be celebrating Free Cone Day. Beginning at noon and lasting until 8 p.m., you can get a free single-scoop cone in any flavor, including dairy-free and the line of Moo-phoria light ice creams.

The iconic ice cream brand has held its Free Cone Day event since 1979, and they expect to give away more than 1 million free cones this year from more than 500 shops around the world.

There are five stores in the Seattle-Tacoma area participating in Free Cone Day this year:

• Issaquah Highlands - 1011 NE High Street
• Kirkland - 176 Lake Street South
