Kirkland Commuter Wins Patch's 520 Toll Contest
Congratulations to Wendy Chaffey, who will get a week's worth of tolls paid by Patch.

As we approach the one-year anniversary of tolling on the state Route 520 bridge, one lucky Patch reader is getting a little help with the bill.
In late November, we asked readers to tell us why you need us to cover your bridge toll for a week.
Some of you did, and we've chosen a winner of a $35.90 prize in a random drawing.

Wendy Chaffey of Kirkland told us in the comments:
"Started a new job in Seattle and even though I do not like paying the toll, I travel from Juanita and it literally takes 45 minutes off of my commute. Have to work it into the budget!"

So Wendy, we're glad to help for a week. Happy commuting!
