Overnight I-90 Roadwork Could Cause Delays In Bellevue
Work should be completed by 5 a.m., the Washington State Department of Transportation said.
BELLEVUE, WA — Drivers on I-90 in Bellevue could be subjected to delays as crews work overnight.
The Washington State Department of Transportation said I-90 on ramps from West Lake Sammamish Parkway and some lanes will close at 8 p.m. Friday in Bellevue.
Crews will be working through the night to adjust on-ramps so drivers have more room to merge into traffic.

The project is expected to be complete by 5 a.m. Saturday.
Crews will continue to work on I-90 between the Eastgate and West Lake Sammamish Parkways interchanges through fall 2021, according to WSDOT.

The project aims to add capacity to both directions of I-90, restripe the roadway and add auxiliary lanes. Walls will also be built to help dampen traffic noise.
