Seven Days Until Primary Ballots Due: Today in Bellevue
Where can you turn in your primary ballot in Bellevue before the 8 p.m. Aug. 6 deadline?
Primary ballots are due Tuesday, Aug. 6,  to the King County Elections Office. Don't leave your voting until the last minute.
On the ballot next Tuesday for Bellevue residents are City Council position 4 and position 6 and School District position 5. Also on the ballot are primaries for King County Executive and Port of Seattle Commissioner position 3. The two candidates in each race with the most votes will proceed to the general election. Also on the ballot is a King County Parks Levy.Â
Voters can turn in their ballots through First Class mail or drop it off at the King County drop box, located at Crossroads Bellevue shopping center.
If you need a voting booth to accommodate a disability, you can vote in person at Bellevue City Hall from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday. You can also turn in your ballots at City Hall when elections officials are running the voting booths (but not before).
