Street Closures In Downtown Bellevue For Light Rail Work
Sound Transit will be working on an elevated guideway near Whole Foods over the next two weeks.
BELLEVUE, WA — Two weeks of overnight closures of Northeast 8th Street in downtown Bellevue begin Monday. The closures are related to Sound Transit light rail work.
Beginning April 8, Northeast 8th will close between 120th and 116th avenues between 11:59 p.m. and 5 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Sound Transit contractors will be removing forms from the elevated light rail guideway in that area.
The overnight closures will span April 8 to April 11, and April 15 to April 18, according to Sound Transit.
