Urban Dogs to Make Move to Online Only

Urban Dogs, which features specialty items for dogs and their humans, will make a transition to online only and close its physical location at Bellevue Square on Friday June 28.

The new website, www.urban-dogs.com, will launch on July 15, 2013, according to an announcement from owner David Rekow, who sent the following message:

We will be closing Urban Dogs brick + mortar store on Friday, June 28, 2013.  Urban Dogs isn’t going out of business….just moving to an online presence.  Urban Dogs will remain locally owned and operated as we move to our retail web site (www.urban-dogs.com).  Urban-Dogs.com will be open for business on July 15, 2013 and we look forward to exceeding our customer’s needs and continue to provide our signature customer service through this new channel.

Between now and June 28, 2013 we are offering increasing discounts on everything in our store.  There are many great deals that we want to share with our loyal customers.  As we move closer to our close date we will be increasing the discounts.  The best place to follow and get the discount updates is on Urban Dogs Facebook page (www.facebook.com/urbandogs.us).

Urban Dogs is one of the few unique shops in Bellevue Square and has been open since 2004. Items for sale include toys, stylish leashes, dog beds and specialty dog biscuits.
