7-String Guitar Virtuoso Yamanda Costa Coming To Kirkland

Costa will appear at the Kirkland Performance Center with bassist Guto Wirtti.

Giordano Productions is thrilled to bring Brazilian 7-string guitar virtuoso Yamandu Costa back to the Northwest for one night only at the Kirkland Performance Center on Sunday, October 21 at 7:30pm. He will be joined by bassist Guto Wirtti.

One of the greatest guitarists of our time, a master of the 7-string guitar. Yamandu’s performances are thrilling events, full of passion, excitement, virtuosity and exquisite beauty. A Brazilian wonder. Can you imagine a combination of Paco de Lucia, Baden Powell and Raphael Rabello…that’s Yamandu Costa!
Recognized for his versatility and creativity, bassist, arranger, composer and music producer Guto Wirtti is one of the most sought-after instrumentalists in Brazilian music.

Centrally located in the heart of Kirkland, the Kirkland Performance Center is the ideal venue for a truly memorable experience. Their 394-seat theatre is spacious yet retains an intimate feel. The farthest seat is just 13 rows – 40 feet – from the stage; the steep rake of the house provides excellent sightlines throughout the theater. The seats are ample with extra leg room for comfortable seating. The acoustics in the theater are designed to work equally well for both music and the spoken word.
