Updated: 900 Customers Lose Power in Kirkland

Some Puget Sound Energy customers were without power for two to three hours.

Update, 10:39 a.m.: Patch users tell us they were without power for several hours Thursday morning. Several commented on our Facebook page that the power was out for two to three hours, depending on where they lived, some starting at 5:30 a.m.

Outages were reported in South Juanita, Norkirk and the Forbes Creek Drive area.

About 900 Puget Sound Energy customers in Kirkland lost power Thursday morning, according to a company post on Twitter just before 8 a.m.

Power was restored within about half an hour. The cause wasn’t immediately known.
