Update, Jan. 16: A community member has informed us that Mandy is still missing and the owner is asking for help finding the flat-coated retriever, who disappeared after her owner was involved in a car crash last Friday.
Irene Anderson said Mandy was possibly spotted Tuesday near the fire station at 141st Street and 84th Avenue. Mandy was wearing a blue harness at the time of the collision, Anderson added.
The dog's owner is 86-years-old and does not have immediate family in the area, so he is relying on the community to help search, Anderson said. If you'd like to help, call Anderson at 425-821-0566 (home) or 206-369-4108 (cell).Â
