County Closes Juanita Dr. Restaurant; Owner Says Issue Being Addressed
The King County Public Health agency has ordered Kami Teriyaki closed after a sewer backup, but the owner says it is being fixed and he will reopen Tuesday.

The King County Public Health agency has ordered a Juanita Drive teriyaki restaurant closed because of a sewer backup, but the owner said Monday the problem was being addressed and the store should reopen Tuesday.
Kami Teriyaki in Inglewood Village, 14130 Juanita Drive NE, Suite 102, Kirkland, was ordered closed Monday afternoon “due to the imminent health hazard of a sewage back-up.”
Owner Ho Lim told Kirkland Patch that the unforeseen issue was being fixed on Monday and he hoped to reopen Tuesday. Kami Teriyaki scores mostly very good review on various on-line rating guides.
King County Public Heath said in a press release that Kami Terikyai would be reopened “once the inspector confirms that all issues have been resolved.”
