Kirkland Artist Studio Tour Painting Trail Through Town This Weekend
Some 45 painters, potters and other artists will be demonstrating and selling works at their home studios Saturday and Sunday. Brochures are available at Kirkland Arts Center.

The 9th annual Kirkland Artist Studio Tour (KAST) -- an opportunity to see local artists at work in their home studios and buy art directly from them -- will paint a trail across town this Saturday and Sunday.
Begun on Mothers Day Weekend in 2004 by a small groups of Kirkland artists, KAST now includes about 45 painters, potters, print makers and jewelry makers from Finn Hill to Rose Hill and Juanita Bay to Yarrow Bay.
Artists participating this year include several you’ve read about here on Kirkland Patch, including , , and .
The tour is self guided and free, with serving as KAST central, where you can pick up a brochure. Parklane Gallery is also participating. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday.
