Kirkland Free Concert Series Kicks Off Thursday
The annual summer series of adult and kids concerts starts on July 6.

KIRKLAND, WA - Kirkland's summer concert series kicks off July 6 with the Tom Petty cover band Petty Differences. This summer's concert series features groups for adults, and an entirely different concert series for kids. The concert series is put on by the Kirkland Downtown Association with corporate sponsorship from Waste Management.
Here's the Kirkland Summer Concerts 2017 lineup:
Adult concerts at Marina Park in downtown Kirkland (7 - 8:30 p.m.)

- July 6th- Petty Differences (Tom Petty cover band)
- July 13th - 85th Street Big Band (20 piece band!)
- July 20th -Country Dave & His Pickin' Crew (Honky-Tonk Country)
- July 27th - Cambalache (Salsa)
- August 3rd - Creme Tangerine (Beatles Cover band)
- August 10th - 80's Invasion
- August 17th - Geoffrey Castle
Kids concerts at Juanita Beach Park (10 - 11 a.m.)
- July 11th - Cowboy Buck & Elizabeth
- July 18th - Captain Awesome Sauce
- July 25th - The Not It's!
- August 1st - Mister G. (bilingual artist - music in English/Spanish)
- August 8th - Recess Monkey
- August 15th - Brian Vogan & His Good Buddies
- August 22rd - Caspar Babypants
