So I was a little late to the official party on Tuesday, August 6 in Kirkland, but as I looked for a block party, I did run into some folks doing just what national night out is meant to promote, out enjoying a beautiful Kirkland summer evening.
I also met one of Kirkland's finest--on his dinner break--who took a moment to wish all of Kirkland a great night out.
