Kirkland Restaurant Named 'Best' In Washington
If you want to eat at the state's best Italian restaurant, you don't have to leave Kirkland, according to The Daily Meal.
KIRKLAND, WA - If you want to eat at the state's best Italian restaurant, you don't have to leave Kirkland. Cafe Juanita has been named the best Italian restaurant in the state by the foodie website The Daily Meal.
"Café Juanita in Kirkland celebrates Northern Italian cuisine, and James Beard Award-winning chef Holly Smith’s menu changes frequently," the site wrote of the restaurant.
Other local restaurants were also called out.

Facing East in Bellevue, which specializes in pork bao, was named the best Chinese restaurant. The best burger is in Seattle at Sam's Tavern in South Lake Union. The best friend chicken is at Ma’ono in West Seattle, and upscale stalwart Canlis was named plain old best restaurant.
