Kirkland's Utility Bills Look A Little Different Now
The city recently switched vendors, and utility bills underwent a slight makeover.

City officials said the changeover also led to some delays in the billing process. Overall the process for paying remains the same, with checks mailed to City Hall, placed in a dropbox, or through the city's online payment portal.
