Lake Street Road Closure Continues Thursday, As New Crane Built

KIRKLAND, WA — A portion of Lake Street South will remain closed through Thursday as crews complete the assembly of a new tower crane. The crane, standing at 140 Lake Street, will assist in the construction of a new mixed-use building on the block. While the crane is being erected, the street will be fully closed between Kirkland Avenue and 2nd Avenue South, except for emergency access.
