Oh What Fun, It Is To Ride...In Bridle Trails!
Annual Caroling on Horseback Brings Smiles to Neigh...bors
Kirkland and Bellevue are wonderful and diverse communities that include some unique neighbors. One day each year, these four-legged "neigh"...bors dress in their holiday best. Jingle bells ring and neighbors sing. For almost 20 years, they have been dressing up to bring cheer and smiles to the residents of Bridle Trails.

There were over a dozen horses and singers who came out to sing favorites like "Frosty the Snowman", "Jingle Bells" and "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer". Neighbors at Bridlewood Circle, Silver Spur and Bridle View came out to greet them. The highlight was their visit to the Bridle Trails shopping center where everyone had a chance to sing along and the horses got some treats. People greeted them with cookies, apples and carrots - even the riders got hot chocolate. One bystander exclaimed "This is my favorite tradition, I come every year!"

A wonderful annual event for the whole family organized by the Lake Washington Saddle Club.
