The September event at Juanita Beach gives kids ages 3-12 an opportunity to experience a triathlon.

The Splash, Pedal, n’ Dash Kids Triathlon at Juanita Beach gives youth, ages 3 through 12, a chance to participate in a triathlon--and bragging rights.
The event will be held on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2013 and begins at 11 a.m. at Juanita Beach Park, 9703 NE Juanita Drive.
Kids can test their mettle with a 50-yard swim/splash, a half mile bicycle ride and a quarter-mile run.
Pre-registration is now available on line at www.kirklandparks.net, course code 39209. Registration fee is $30 per participant and includes a swim cap, t-shirt, and participation ribbon.
