Will we ever finish the reconstruction of 27th street from college to ryan rd. We work on it every year but nothing gets done. Now we have decided to not allow traffic to turn south coming out of Menards. I guess we decided its better to make uturns at the Wal-Mart light than to allow traffic coming out of Menards to turn south. Before this work is completed it will be time to rebuild the road again. I keep wondering how many millions of dollars this job is costing.
