OAK CREEK, WI — After Trattoria di Carlo's unexpected shutdown in June, one of its equipment providers has decided to sue, according to a report from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Legal documents obtained by the Now News Group show that the abrupt closure left some loose ends. Cintas, a company that provides bathroom supplies, uniforms, fire protection equipment and linen to restaurants, is now suing Trattoria di Carlo for about $14,000 because of a breached contract, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel report.
The lawsuit states that Trattoria di Carlo defaulted on the contract which made back in 2018, the Journal Sentinel report said.
