Church Fundraiser Features Old School Rock
Two classic rock bands will play the Oak Creek Community Center this weekend to benefit St. James Church.
Sounds from the 1950s, 60s and 70s will fill the Oak Creek Community Center ballroom on Saturday during the second annual fundraiser dance for St. James Catholic Church of Franklin.
The concert will be held from 7 p.m. to midnight at the center, 8580 S. Howell Ave., and feature a pair of old school bands: Liverpool '64 and Close Enuf.
Liverpool '64 is a Beatles tribute band set to play from 7 to 9:15 p.m. Close Enuf, which also specializes in classic rock, is on stage from 9:45 p.m. to midnight.

The event also features raffles, cash bar and table snacks. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $10.
