Do You Know This Man? Police Called On Apparent Ex-Ballplayer
The stranger said that he grew up in Oak Creek and played baseball with the Chicago White Sox.

OAK CREEK, WI — Police in Oak Creek were informed of an incident involving a man who said he was an ex-baseball player who wanted to play some baseball at a local middle school.
A man walked into the Oak Creek police department on Aug. 6 just before 8 p.m. on a report of suspicious activity his son had at Oak Creek Middle School the previous week.
According to police reports, on Aug. 2, at just after 2:30 p.m., the son was playing baseball at Oak Creek Middle School when he was approached by a stranger.

The man, about 60 years old wearing navy blue shorts, a T-Shirt and black baseball hat said that he grew up in Oak Creek and played baseball with the Chicago White Sox. He gave the son $20 for pitching a few baseballs for him.
He asked to take a photograph with the son and another friend. The son said that he did not feel threatened in any way and that his father said he thought it was "cool."
