Gun Stolen In Oak Creek Car Break-In Case: Police
The handgun was described as a black M&P Shield .40 caliber valued at $350.

OAK CREEK, WI — Authorities in Oak Creek say they're investigating a vehicle break-in case in which a man's handgun and wallet were both stolen.
According to Oak Creek police call logs, officers were sent to a home on the 8600 block of S. Wildwood Drive just after 7 p.m. on July 5 on a report of a theft from vehicle.
Police call logs stated that the owner of the vehicle told police that his handgun and wallet were stolen from his unlocked truck. The handgun was described as a black M&P Shield .40 caliber valued at $350. The wallet contained cash, identification cards and credit cards.

Authorities said a credit card from inside the wallet was later used fraudulently in Milwaukee.
