Local Middle School Choir Directors Create Unique Class Concerts
Two choir directors combined individual student performances from East and West Middle Schools into virtual concerts: Listen to them here.

OAK CREEK, WI — The choir directors at Oak Creek-Franklin School District's East Middle School and West Middle School found a way to bring their students together for a final performance, even if it wasn't the usual in-person concert, according to a news release.
The two choir directors, Jacob Warne and Amy Baker, decided to combine all of the individual choir voices from their classes into a few virtual concerts. Each student from the sixth, seventh and eighth grade choir classes had their individual performances recorded and then combined into videos for an end-of-year concert.
This way, even if students were singing alone, their voices could put together for themselves and the public to hear. Each recording features over 50 singers, the news release states.
