Man Rescued After Walking In Oak Creek BP Covered In Blood: Cops
Police in Oak Creek say there was no foul play involved after eventually tracking the man down.

OAK CREEK, WI — Police in Oak Creek learned there was no foul play involved after a man covered in blood from a stomach wound walked in and out of a local gas station.
According to Oak Creek police call logs, the man walked into the BP gas station just after 3 a.m. Sunday. Police said the man walked in, asked the clerk for "medicine," then retreated to the bathroom for several minutes before walking out of the store.
A store clerk working that night became worried about the man's condition, and called 911.

According to police, the man managed to drive away from the BP, only to have officers find him stopped in traffic near 13th and College.
Police said he was in the car, covered in blood and struggling to communicate effectively. First responders treated the man's wound and transported him to Froedtert for emergency care.

The next day, police learned that the man was injured when he slipped and cut himself on a bracket below the driver's door of a semi truck that he had been driving.
Police said the man climbed back in the semi and attempted to clean up the sleeper section, only to leave blood on the bedding, driver's seat, floor and entry handles.
