New COVID-19 Death Recorded In Oak Creek
City now with 47 deaths from COVID-19 since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic.
OAK CREEK, WI — The city recorded one COVID-19 death this week, its 47th since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, according to the Oak Creek Health Department's Wednesday update.
Nineteen people in Oak Creek tested positive for COVID-19 between Monday and Wednesday and 68 tested negative. With those test results, 3,917 people in Oak Creek had tested positive and 15,311 people had tested negative during the pandemic.
According to the Milwaukee County COVID-19 Dashboard, which was updated Thursday afternoon, there have been 1,019 COVID-19 deaths, 95,371 confirmed cases and 5,528 hospitalizations in Milwaukee County since the start of the pandemic.

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services had reported 5,992 deaths from COVID-19 through Thursday afternoon.
