New Industrial Space Could Come To 13th Street Area
The Oak Creek Plan Commission will consider a new 191,406 square feet industrial building to be constructed at Creekside Corporate Park.
OAK CREEK, WI — The Oak Creek Plan Commission will consider site plans for a new industrial building development at the Creekside Corporate Park during its meeting Tuesday.
The final building, the Creek Two Spec Building, would be available for multiple industrial tenants to use. Altogether, the development could add 191,406 square feet of industrial space to the area. Two property parcels would be combined to allow for the building.
No possible tenants have been nailed down quite yet, though. The new development is speculative, according to a letter to the Plan Commission from developer Creek Two Land LLC.

For now, getting the site plans approved are a first step toward finding potential tenants, according to the letter.
If approved, construction wouldn't necessarily start right away, but it could soon. If the market looks right, Creek Two Land LLC will construct the building regardless of if there are tenants already signed, according to the letter.
