Next Oak Creek Curbside Branch Pickup Starts July 1
The next curbside branch pickup will start on July 1. After this round, the next curbside branch pickup will be in September.
OAK CREEK, WI— Curbside branch pickup for Oak Creek residents is scheduled to start July 1, according to a Facebook post from the City of Oak Creek.
Department of Public Works branch pickup crews will begin making their way through neighborhoods at 6:45 a.m. on July 1, according to the post. If a home's branches are not to the curb by the time a crew comes around, they will not be picked up, the post said.
Branches should be stacked neatly on the curb with cut ends facing the street, the post said. In addition, roots should be separate from brush piles. DPW will not pick up brush that was created by a contractor's work, only branches left on the side of the road by the property owner, the post said.
