Oak Creek Considers Business Park Plans Again

OAK CREEK, WI— This month the Oak Creek Common Council will once again hear plans and feedback on a site off South 13th Street.

Frontline Commercial Real Estate has requested an amendment to the 2020 Comprehensive Plan to change the land at 9141 S 13th Street from Commercial to Business Park.

The public hearing on this site change is set for 7:00 p.m. on November 17 both in person and by video conference. People wishing to participate in the video conference, including applicants and their representatives, must register before the hearing.
